Leaky ducts create a pressure imbalance in your home. When supply ducts leak, you lose expensive conditioned air. When return ducts leak, they suck in dirty, unconditioned air from the attic—bringing in dust, insulation fibers, and humidity. This forces your system to run longer to reach the thermostat setting. By choosing to fix leaking ac ducts in attic, you essentially give your AC unit a vacation, allowing it to cool your home faster and with less effort.
We don't just slap duct tape on it (which, ironically, is terrible for sealing ducts). We use professional-grade mastic sealant and fiberglass mesh tape. This creates a permanent, airtight bond that will not dry out or peel off over time. We inspect every connection point—from the plenum to the boot—to ensure your system is airtight and efficient.

The most immediate benefit of duct sealing is comfort. Those "hot rooms" or drafty corners in your Bigfork, MT home are often caused by a lack of air pressure reaching the vent. Once we seal the leaks, the air pressure is restored, delivering strong, consistent airflow to every room in the house.
Every day you wait is money leaking out of your attic. Tighten up your home and lower your bills with professional duct sealing.

"My upstairs was always 10 degrees hotter than downstairs. The technician found a huge gap where the duct met the register. He sealed it, and now the temperature is balanced."
"I was skeptical that sealing holes would lower my bill, but my July bill was $40 lower than last year. The proof is in the savings."
"Very knowledgeable. He explained how negative pressure was pulling dust into my house. Since the sealing, the house stays clean much longer."
Some say the name "Bigfork" is derived from the Salish name for the area. However, Bigfork is a fork where two rivers, the Flathead River and the Swan River, flow in to the Flathead Lake. There are reports of a homestead and orchard immediately north of Bigfork as early as 1885. Everit L. Sliter set out 500 apple, cherry, plum, and pear trees in 1892 on Flathead Lake's east shore. He became the first postmaster in 1901. In 1902, he platted the Bigfork townsite at the mouth of the Swan River. The east shore has since become a major cherry-growing area. Wayfarers State Park lies just south of the community.
